The screen is really nice and sharp. It’s Samsung SDC4C48 LCD panel with contract ratio 720:1.
The laptop comes with a stylus which is hidden in its slot on the right side. I mistook it for the power button at the first glance.
The trackpad is fairly large, like the size on the MacBook Air. It will be automatically deactivated with the keyboard once the screen goes past 180 degree.
The laptop does not look slim with the 0.7″ thickness. But the overall design looks really clean and solid.
The speakers on both edge are small, but the sound is ok for personal use.
The air vents locate at the back bottom. If you found your laptop got heat up easily after months use, clean up the vents with a can of compressed air. We did not find any complaint about this laptop’s heat issue. But did see some reviews mentioned about short battery life. The laptop weights at 3.68 lbs, feels a little bit heavy in the ultrabook category.
This is a very popular item. At the time of writing, it’s out of stock at Costco online. Please check with your local warehouse for the stock info.
