Michigan- American Oak kegs were sent on a round-trip to The Filling Station Microbrewery in Traverse City. They filled the kegs with Imperial Stout, then emptied and returned them to Iron Fish, to be refueled with bourbon. Malt forward notes of cherry, dark chocolate & dried fruit.
Maple syrup has more uses than being drizzled over a stack of pancakes or waffles. Iron Fish Distillery took local, delicious maple syrup from the Griner Family Sugar Bush and aged it in used whiskey barrels for months. Next comes the fun part.
