Grinder usage: Remove the black cap on the top, turn upside down and twist grinder. you can djust the grind by turning the white dial on top. There is a white knob that is sticking out. There are also arrows that show if you turn the knob in one direction, it will make the grind more coarse and if turned in the other direction it will make it more fine of a grind.
